Toddler Environment
The Toddler environment assists students in the development of skills
of language, art, music, movement, and social interaction. Students
also develop their practical life abilities with grace and courtesy,
cleaning, preparing meals, and toileting. Through repeated successes
in the Toddler environment, independence and self-esteem grow within
the child.
Montessori
Preprimary Environment
The Preprimary environment
allows students to develop creative expression while exploring the
world and its cultures. Children learn to make their own work choices,
use materials carefully, clean their workspace, respect people and
objects in their school. The Preprimary environment includes the
following areas of study: Practical Life (everyday living skills),
Sensorial (exploration of the senses), Language (phonics approach
to language), Math (concrete work with quantity and symbol), and
Cultural (art, music, geography, history, science, movement, Spanish).

Lower Elementary Program
Lower
Elementary students explore mathematics (including geometry and
fractions), language arts (including grammar, word study, mechanics,
and sentence analysis), zoology, botany, physical and life science,
history, geography, art, music, drama, movement, Spanish, and computers.
